Timothy Hendrix’s Very Nice retires from top sport
KRONENBERG – Timothy Hendrix’s International jumping horse Very Nice (Cantos x Candillo) retired from top sport today. Very Nice is a special horse for us as he is the last horse bred by Piet van den Tillaart. Piet is Ad’s father.
The pair, who won three CSI2* Grand Prix together, rode their last ride in the outdoor arena of Equestrian Centre de Peelbergen, in Kronenburg, Limburg. The fourteen-year-old gelding received a well-deserved round of applause from the watching public.
Very Nice will pursue his career as a schoolmaster for young talented riders.
Very Nice was out of Ritana. She also produced the successful jumping horses Cocu T.K. (by Wender R) and Zerma (by Mermus R).
